Kramer Hendricks, CIC, CPL
Director
An industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience working in insurance, Kramer became Director of SafeHerb in 2018 after developing Avant’s Cannabis and Hemp program from the ground up. During his time with Avant (2014-18), he began by interning with the Underwriting and Accounting departments to understand the company and develop a stronger foundation for it. He then transitioned into the role of Business Developer, marketing for all of Avant’s companies and subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, he was involved in testing and implementing a market-changing service program for Great American Insurance Company’s Trucking Division.

Ryan Williams
Production Underwriter
Ryan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Risk Management and Insurance degree in 2019. He interned with Avant and SafeHerb in 2018 helping with coverage comparisons, marketing materials, as well as form and rating development. After graduation, Ryan went to Beazley, a Lloyds of London syndicate, and completed their underwriting training program. At the end of the program, he was placed on the medical malpractice team underwriting professional, general, and excess liability. Ryan brings a wealth of industry and school knowledge to the table when he underwrites. He is quick in responding to client requests and needs. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Brian Moore, ASP, CRM
Director, Loss Control
Brian has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with extensive work within retail, oil & gas, transportation, manufacturing, cannabis, schools, and food service accounts. His focus is on the safety of employees, hazard assessment, and reduction of losses. His knowledge and training aid policyholders in maintaining operations that reduce the losses and accidents which erode store profits and increase insurance costs. Brian has participated in the development of training programs, systems, and advancement of safety technologies throughout his career. Brian has been a safety trainer for oil & gas and transportation; he continues to use his background in training to develop ideas that maintain an ease of use for policyholders and their employees.
